we all have
never giving much thought
to the impermanence
of
human existence
we waste each day
suffocated
by our conditioned minds
lacking space
to
fully understand
what
it
is
to be human
so
we divide
we hate
and
we destroy
exerting false energy
with the goal
to conquer
all
that
is
transient
digging ourselves
a deeper hole
only to cast
a shadow
upon
one’s reflection
